This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

  • Oversee and enhance internal documentation systems to ensure that R&D employees have access to clear, up-to-date, and well-organized information.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop documentation standards, governance, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for engineering enablement and engagement initiatives, facilitating collaboration across teams and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify gaps in engineering enablement and propose solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of teams.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience working with teams building software, ideally in an engineering enablement or program management capacity.
  • Proven experience designing, managing, or improving an engineering onboarding program.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with internal documentation platforms and knowledge management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, take initiative, and drive results with minimal direction.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Passion for helping engineers succeed by reducing friction in their learning and development processes.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
