Software Engineering Manager - Knowledge Graph

Your Impact

On the Entity Graph Squad, we’re building and scaling the knowledge graph that powers how law enforcement agencies understand, link, and act on critical incident data. This graph sits at the heart of our platform, enabling officers to connect interactions, evidence, and suspects across jurisdictions in real time. You’ll lead a high-performing team of 8 engineers focused on core APIs and services that surface graph intelligence to users. Our systems handle complex entity relationships at scale.

As the engineering manager of this team you’ll lead efforts to build a multi-jurisdictional data sharing platform that enables agencies to securely query and correlate data across organizational boundaries, design and ship a robust entity matching and deduplication engine to improve the integrity and usability of our knowledge graph, and create a rules-based data retention system that balances regulatory compliance, privacy, and operational effectiveness.
