âOur People team
Monzo is expanding in the EU and we're on the lookout for a People Operations Associate to join us and support our expansion across multiple EU countries. This role reports to the EU People Lead and is part of Monzoâs Global People Collective.
The People Operations team creates excellent employee experiences by designing and running reliable core people processes. We enable employees and managers by providing timely, accurate and user-friendly information and we own core People Systems making us the guardians of data accuracy and compliance.
