Your Impact
Join Axon’s new Professional Services team, leading product deployments across Canada and occasionally overseas. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales and business-as-usual (BAU), ensuring smooth implementations of Axon’s SaaS and hardware solutions. You’ll collaborate across teams—sales, support, training, product, and more—to deliver high-quality customer onboarding experiences that drive value, build deep partnerships, and support revenue growth.
You’ll juggle multiple high-priority projects, act as a regional subject matter expert, and help refine our implementation practices in Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage technical projects remotely and on-site (as required): project planning, system configuration, deployment, testing, and handover.
  • Partner with customers to define business outcomes, gather requirements, and scope and recommend deployment or integration plans accordingly.
  • Analyze IT system architectures and identify opportunities for integration between agency systems (cloud/on-prem) and Axon products.
  • Implement and support third-party integrations, including writing scripts to leverage APIs for automating tasks; collaborate with DevOps and developers to test and deploy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and account teams to align on customer goals and project delivery.
  • Support pre-sales activities including demos, trials, and RFP/RFI responses; advocate for customer feedback, feature requests, and system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation: deployment plans, SOWs, test plans, training materials, and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to customers, including localization of materials when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and legal standards while driving continuous improvement in professional services delivery.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in IT consulting, professional services, field services, or sales engineering.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud/on-prem deployments, and network administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, relational/document databases.
  • Experience with:
    • Microsoft Server/Client OS, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID
    • Networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, firewalls
    • Salesforce, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, JIRA
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
  • Experience with law enforcement/public sector clients, especially RMS or case management platforms.
  • Comfort delivering demos and training to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • French speaking is an asset but not mandatory

Don’t meet every single requirement? That's ok. At Axon, we Aim Far. We think big with a long-term view because we want to reinvent the world to be a safer, better place. We are also committed to building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve.

Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they check every box in the job description. If you’re excited about this role and our mission to Protect Life but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification listed here, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
