ā Our Risk team
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Technology and Operational Risk in the second line of defence to provide independent oversight, challenge and advisory support on the effectiveness of our operational, technology, and outsourcing risk management practices across the EU.
You will be a key member of the second line risk management team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the first line, technology, operational resilience, and Third Party Risk\Outsourcing to ensure risks are proactively identified, assessed, monitored, and managed in line with Monzo's risk management framework and appetite.
This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, strong technology and Third Party risk management expertise, and a deep understanding of operational resilience and digital banking operations.
This role reports to the Director of Operational Risk, Monzo Europe.
