Twist Bioscience is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and collaborative entry level individual to join our growing Shipping/ Fulfillment team! You will be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with our Manufacturing, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to ensure our innovative products reach our customers swiftly and smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Order Fulfillment: Become the expert in processing customer orders from start to finish (pick/pack/QC/ship).
• Inventory Superstar: Help perform audits, reconcile inventory, and manage the flow of essential finished goods and raw materials.
• Global Logistics: Learn to create crucial shipping documents and reports for both domestic and international shipments.
• Team Collaboration: Be a key player in resolving carrier issues and efficiently communicating with colleagues across the organization.
• Quality & Improvement: Assist with quality assessments, contribute to continuous improvement projects (like updating SOPs), and maintain a highly organized workspace using 5S methodology.
• Handling & Safety: Safely and carefully manage, store, and distribute orders, materials, and supplies. You may even train on equipment like electronic lifts or pallet jacks!
• Detail Driven: Use your sharp focus and accuracy to check materials and ensure every order is perfect before it leaves our facility.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• A strong track record in any role (work or academic) where attention to detail and meticulous documentation was vital for success.
• The desire to learn and contribute to a high-volume manufacturing or logistics environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Willingness to learn to safely work with chemicals and hazardous materials.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for periods of time during the shift.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
